SwooshRank, operated by RDRA LLC, sends review-request text messages on behalf of the local service businesses that use our Service. This page explains how the program works, how recipients consent to receive messages, and how to stop them at any time.
1. Who sends these messages
Review-request SMS are sent by SwooshRank (RDRA LLC) on behalf of a local service business that you are a customer of. Every message clearly identifies that business by name and includes a link where you can leave a review.
2. How you consent (opt-in)
You receive a message only because you are an existing customer of a business that uses SwooshRank and you provided your mobile number and agreed to receive a follow-up message about your service — in person, over the phone, or through that business's own booking or intake form, at the point of service. We send messages only to numbers for which the business has confirmed your consent. We never purchase, rent, sell, or share phone numbers in order to send messages.
3. What we send and how often
These are transactional messages, not a recurring marketing subscription. You will typically receive a single message after a completed service inviting you to leave a review, and at most an occasional follow-up.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SwooshRank does not charge you for these messages.
5. Opt out — reply STOP
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from that business through SwooshRank. To start receiving messages again, contact the business directly.
6. Help — reply HELP
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email hello@swooshrank.com.
7. Privacy
We handle your information as described in our Privacy policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
8. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
